What is a Walk Through Inspection?

A Walk Through Inspection is similar to a full Home Inspection but without the written report. A walk through would happen before writing an offer. It is based on our professional opinion if you decide to move forward with an offer or at the very least what you might expect if you decide to write an offer. The client would be present at time of the inspection and would be encouraged to follow the inspector, take notes and ask questions.

The Walk Through Inspection takes place during a showing for the client so it typically takes about 1hr but it depends on the size of the home.

Walk Through Inspections cost $200 for homes in Winnipeg with additional mileage costs added for homes outside of city limits. Please call for pricing for any homes outside of the city.
